Whitewater has a Motorola Authorized Service Center that provides 24/7 service. They maintain and repair many systems so that they are working to their fullest potential. Each technician is Motorola Certified to repair and maintain your radios. They can either do a service call at the customer site location or when not in the field calling on customers they are working in the shop on radio’s brought in for various reasons. Repair turnaround is very good with Whitewater Wireless. We offer service agreements for maintenance on you equipment, billed annually, monthly, or quarterly. We also offer a 30 day service warranty. Our main goal is to make your repair fast, simple and hassle-free, with our team of highly qualified technicians that are ready to assist you.
Whitewater Wireless has a complete customer service center to help assist you in getting to the right person for sales or service or answer questions you may have. They can also help in getting the correct parts or accessories you need for your equipment. We have shipping service available for getting the product to you also or have it ready for you to pickup at one of the two offices near you.
Rentals service is available at Whitewater Wireless also. You just need to call and set up a appointment or call or send in for a quote. We rent radios daily, weekly or monthly. We have accessories also that you may need when renting them for your event. We rent to many different events all year long. We even have a few farmers that rent them for the farming season. Whitewater makes renting a cost effective way of keeping in touch at your events, whether large or small.
We have many numerous community repeaters and trunking systems we own and manage strategically located throughout southeastern Minnesota to provide the greatest communications needs at a cost effective price. Customer is charged quarterly for their unlimited airtime usage at affordable quoted price.
